Tribe / Monthly Billing Refund Policy
The Tribe program is billed recurringly on a monthly basis. Refunds for monthly payments are generally not offered, except in exceptional cases.
48-Hour Exceptional Refund Window
- Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of the monthly billing date for exceptional cases (e.g., accidental charge).
- Refund requests after 48 hours are not eligible.
Key Notes
- Monthly billing continues automatically unless the membership is cancelled.
- Refunds are rare and only granted under exceptional circumstances.
Billing or Technical Errors
- If a billing or cancellation request was submitted on time but not processed correctly due to a technical or internal error, a refund will be issued.
- Verified technical issues preventing access may also qualify for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Access to the program for that month will be revoked once the refund is processed.
Back Pain Course – Full Course Refund Policy
Our Back Pain Course is designed as an intentional, structured program to support meaningful improvement. Refunds are conditional, to ensure learners have given the course a fair chance.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only if the learner has completed at least 80% of the course.
- After completing 80% of the course, if you do not experience meaningful improvement, you may request a full refund.
Requests Before 80% Completion
- Refunds are not available if you have completed less than 80% of the course.
- We encourage you to continue and complete the course so you have given it a fair chance before requesting a refund.
EMI / Installment Payments
- For courses purchased via EMI or installment plans, continued access to the course requires timely payment of each installment.
- If an EMI payment is missed or fails, course access may be temporarily suspended or revoked until payment is resolved.
- Refund eligibility remains subject to the 80% completion requirement, regardless of payment method.
Refund Processing
